EU drops U.S. from list of COVID-safe countries for travel

Universal Studios Beijing to open on Sept. 20

Universal Studios' Beijing resort will officially open on Sept. 20, China's state broadcaster CCTV said on Monday, citing the theme park. The park, a joint venture between Comcast Corp's Universal Parks & Resorts and state-owned Beijing Shouhuan Cultural Tourism Investment, will begin trial operations on Sept. 1, CCTV said. राजस्थान में उदयपुर के पास नाथद्वारा के ऐतिहासिक मंदिर के साथ ही जुड़ी है पिछवई कला। यह कहा जा सकता है कि इस कला की उम्र भी इस मंदिर जितनी ही है, यानी करीब चार सौ साल। यह कला न केवल भारतीय कला परंपरा का एक नायाब नमूना है, बल्कि इस बात का भी एक उदाहरण हैं कि कैसे संरक्षण के अभाव और आने वाली पीढ़ियों द्वारा न अपनाए जाने के कारण कुछ बिरली कलाएं अपना अस्तित्व बचाने के लिए संघर्ष कर रही हैं। लेकिन ऐसी विपरीत परिस्थितियों में भी इन कलाओं को अप्रत्याशित रास्तों से थोड़ा सहारा मिल रहा है। प्रोजेक्ट विरासत आज इसी का जरिया बना हुआ है। एक बड़ी व शानदार पिछवई पेंटिंग पर कई सारे दृश्य एक साथ प्रोजेक्ट विरासत दरअसल दिल्ली के श्रीराम कॉलेज ऑफ कॉमर्स (एसआरसीसी) के एक छात्र संगठन इनेक्ट्स एसआरसीसी की अनूठी पहल है। इस प्रोजेक्ट का मकसद था भारत की उन कलाओं को नया जीवन देना जो अपने अस्तित्व को बचाए रखन...
