After, webinars, Facebook live sessions and zoom meetings we are now in for Virtual Expos. Although WTM, London is going to happen as scheduled in November, same cannot be said about Travel Exhibitions due in India. With case load of COVID-19 jumping daily to new heights and no breather looking close in sight, any big exhibition seems most unlikely this year. Therefore, we are already taking expos to virtual reality as well. South Asia’s first Virtual Travel Exhibition SATTE GenX is going to take place on 23rd September 2020.

During these challenging times, SATTE offers an opportunity to the stakeholders of the industry to conduct business from their locations and connect with their target audience. This Virtual Expo is a part of the industry’s broader plan to gradually reopen the travel, tourism, and hospitality sector. It will help stakeholders to reconnect with the industry and grow businesses. The objective of the SATTE GenX is to equip stakeholders with a tool to reconnect, revive and grow the business.

As the humanity reels under the onslaught of COVID-19, businesses across the globe are preparing for a long haul of total or partial shutdowns, supply chain disruptions, missing employees, absence of physical interactions, newer safety challenges, etc. During this time, it makes sense to prepare for the upcoming challenges using all the technology available at disposal to ensure business continuity and build the capability to mitigate those challenges. SATTE INDIA 2020 VIRTUAL EXPO is one of the steps in that direction. It promises to provide all the business networking opportunities that industry is used to as part of the physical expo sans the requirement to be physically present at the exhibition venue.
