Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome partners with Rosenthal to light up Christmas

This year, the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, a landmark new arrival on Rome’s luxury hospitality scene located in the heart of the city, is celebrating Christmas with the creation of a truly unique Christmas tree in collaboration with the renowned porcelain brand, Rosenthal and one of Rome’s leading design studios, Thesign Gallery.

Standing tall in the newly opened Prisca lounge bar, the show stopping 5-meter tree doubles as an art installation as it is assembled from ceramic pieces by Rosenthal. Starting from December, an eye-catching 3D light show will illuminate the installation presented within a gigantic gift box and topped with festive ribbon to evoke the magic of the holidays.

The spirit of Christmas continues within Anantara Palazzo Naiadi with festive décor curated by Stefano Liardo and Salvo Nicosia, celebrated Italian designers and founders of Rome’s famous Thesign Gallery. The hotel will also be adorned with an exclusive collection of Rosenthal vases, offering guests a private exhibition that traces the most famous and distinctive pieces throughout the brand’s history. The rare and exquisite ceramics date from 1961 to the present and chart the elevation of porcelain as a material that inspired hundreds of world-renowned personalities to work alongside Rosenthal including: Salvador Dalì, Walter Gropius, Tapio Wirkkala, Jasper Morrison, Patricia Urquiola, and-to name a few Italians-Ettore Sottsass, Michele de Lucchi, Lino Sabattini, Aldo Rossi, and Enzo Mari.

“To celebrate Anantara Palazzo Naiadi’s first Christmas alongside such an esteemed partner as Rosenthal is a source of great pride. Anantara’s shared love of beauty and design represents a perfect collaboration and I look forward to welcoming our guests to an enchanting atmosphere full of Christmas magic in the Roman domus of Anantara,” said Francesco Mennella, General Manager of Anantara Palazzo Naiadi.

“We are thrilled to celebrate Christmas in the extraordinary setting of Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel,” added Giovanni Coppo, Sales & Marketing Director of Sambonet Paderno Industrie for Rosenthal. “The excellence of the world famous Anantara brand and Rosenthal’s expertise in beauty and every expression of the art of living, whether it be private residences or prestigious hospitality creates a perfect synergy. Under the leadership of Thesign Gallery creative duo, we wish to reach the guests of this exclusive location with the hope of making them feel at home and leaving lasting memories.”

Thesign Gallery is an interior design showroom located In Via Piemonte 125/A in the heart of Rome.
