Designed in the style of a traditional Maldivian dhoni, once used for fishing and island transport, the vessel celebrates local heritage with a contemporary twist.
As the floating bar circles the island, guests can signal the captain for their sundowner by raising the exclusive Ambaa flag from their private deck. Once docked, the onboard bartender crafts complimentary cocktails and mocktails infused with vibrant flavours. Guests can unwind with The Green of the Fares, a vibrant cocktail that blends basil, lime, apple and gin, evoking the lush tropical landscapes of the island. For a refreshing tropical twist, the Ambaa Breeze offers a delightful mix of watermelon, pineapple, lemon and ginger, with a splash of white rum that captures the essence of a gentle island breeze. Those seeking a taste of the Maldives’ coconut heritage can indulge in the Fares Kurumba, a rich combination of coconut water, Malibu and spiced gold rum, honouring the island’s iconic coconut trees and tranquil shores.
