Madla in Madhya Pradesh included in upgrade programme The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) has announced its list of Best Tourism Villages 2023. The accolade recogonizes villages that are leading in nurturing rural areas and preserving landscapes, cultural diversity, local values, and culinary traditions. List includes India’s Dhordo village in Rann of Kutch in Gujarat, an annual host to famous Rann Utsav. Similarly, among the list of villages included in the upgrade programme include Madla village in Panna district of Madhya Pradesh. Madla village touches the periphery of famous Panna Tiger Reserve.
