Football fans heading to Germany for the Euros can expect to get a blissful night's sleep as the country’s capital has been crowned the best city to sleep in. Sleep experts at Online-Bedrooms have released their European Sleep Index for 2024 which revealed Berlin is the best city for a good night's sleep and Rome is the worst. They looked at cities across Europe including France, Croatia, Hungary and the UK. The cities were ranked based on several factors including light pollution, daylight disturbance based on cloud levels, noise pollution and optimum sleep levels for the population.
