As travel-related searches are constantly high on Google, the team at SuperCasinoSites decided to analyse the current social media travel trends and check which European destinations are popular on TikTok.
To see the viral travel spots in Europe right now, they examined the top-liked videos on TikTok bearing the #europetravel hashtag and uploaded in September. The team found the three most popular videos for each destination and based on their combined number of views, picked the 10 most popular places. In addition, they calculated the like rate for each destination.
The team found out that Italy is the only country with multiple entries within the top 10. It is home to three of the 10 trending #europetravel destinations right now.

# Italy is the most represented country with three locations within the top 10 list: Rome, the Dolomites, and Positano.
# Rome is currently the second most popular travel destination in Europe after London. The top three videos with the #rome hashtag have 3.57 million views combined.
# The Dolomites Mountain range is the 8th trendiest European vacation spot, with 0.81 million views in total for its top three videos.
# Positano ranks 10th on our list and has a like rate of 11.24%, the third-highest percentage among the destinations we looked at.
