Celebrates India’s culinary diversity with exclusive I-Day dining experiences

With Independence Day around the corner, ITC Hotels has planned special celebrations across ITC Hotels in Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Goa. The experiences include festive brunches, curated set menus, and regional culinary showcases celebrating the diversity of Indian cuisine. In addition, ITC is also offering Independence Day long-weekend staycation experiences at select ITC Hotels properties, featuring curated leisure escapes, wellness-led stays, and special seasonal offerings that may be relevant for travel and lifestyle stories around the holiday weekend.

This August, Peshwa Pavilion at ITC Maratha brings together the celebrations of Independence Day and Parsi New Year with One Nation, Many Flavours. The festive experience combines India’s diverse regional cuisine with cherished Parsi classics, complemented by traditional welcomes, festive live stations, and special offers for guests.

The lavish spread features regional favourites such as Amritsari Chole Kulche, Goan Prawn Curry, Chicken Chettinad, Kashmiri Rogan Josh, and Hyderabadi Subz Biryani, alongside authentic Parsi New Year specialities including Sali Boti, Patra Ni Machhi, and Mawa Cake. Guests can also indulge at the vibrant Tricolour Chaat & Dessert Station, celebrating the colours and flavours of the nation.

Adding to the festive spirit, every table will be welcomed with the traditional Parsi custom of rosewater spraying and a complimentary glass of Falooda or Raspberry Soda, offering guests an authentic Navroz experience.
